Returns & exchanges

Not quite right? We accept returns and exchanges on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Start by looking up your order below.

  • 30-day window

    Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • Unopened items

    Bottles must be sealed and in original packaging. Opened fragrance can't be resold, so it isn't eligible.

  • Faulty or wrong item

    Received something damaged or incorrect? We cover return postage and send a replacement.
